This place has three bedrooms (king and two queens), two full baths, two car garage with a car and street legal golf cart, private pool and more entertainment media than necessary including an onsite computer to remotely work if desired. Its location is within the Suncity Grand community in Surprise Arizona. Amenities in the community include four championship golf courses, fishing lakes, three recreational facilities with gyms, spas, and indoor and outdoor pools, running tracks, tennis, pickleball, lawn bowling, bocce, restaurants and lounges. As much retail and professional services one can imagine within minutes of the house. Hospital and multiple grocery stores three minutes and Surprise stadium only 5 miles away. Our home away from home is just for our friends and family. We have wonderful people taking care of the yard and pool. Cleaners will come in once your stay is complete but you are expected to live here as you do at home except laughter and smiles are a must everyday.
