Our family hope you can enjoy our place as we do. A little city within a giant metropolis. A place where you can still see the stars in the back yard or at all the coliseums and stadiums within this great city. Phoenix receives the most sunshine of any major city on Earth. With 215 restaurants, 66 golf courses, MLB spring training stadium and all the shopping you will ever need in Surprise. You never need to leave Surprise but Phoenix, Glendale and Scottsdale are out there too.
